Calendar

Please click the tabs below to view as a Calendar (view by month by week) OR as a list of events. These may appear differently depending on the device you use.

Filtering events

Both list and calendar views allow you to filter events by category (for example, school holidays, open mornings, year group) so you can focus the list to show only events relevant to you or your child's (children's) year group(s). Choose the categories by ticking on them in the panel to the right of the calendar.

Import into your calendar app

You can also import this calendar into your calendar app and keep our events diary at your finger tips - see below for instructions.

Adding dates to your calendar

Subscribing via Outlook

Follow the relevant instructions below, using the feed address https://www.whitegrove-primary-school.co.uk/ical.ics

Subscribing via Google

  • On your computer, open Google Calendar
  • On the left, next to "Other calendars" click 'Add' Add followed by 'From URL'.
  • Click this button to copy the feed address to your clipboard and paste it into the 'URL of calendar' field
  • Click 'Add calendar'. The calendar will appear on the left side under "Other calendars"

    • It might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.
